Filtering alone only gets the lumps out of the oil, the gummy residue remains, this is made up of polarised FFA’s and OFA’s (free fatty acids and oxidised fatty acids). Miracle Fry oil Powder absorbs the FFA’s and OFA’s changing them into solid particles which then is easily removed by the filtering process. For frying food:
1. Heat fry oil gradually to the correct temperature.
2. Check thermostat works correctly
3. Fry at the correct temperature
4. Use the correct food to oil ratio
5. Top up oil regularly to load level
6. Prepare food correctly
7. Avoid mixing different types of food
8. Do not salt food before frying
9. Skim surface regularly
10. Turn heat down when not in use
11. Filter oil daily
12. Keep fryer and equipment clean
13. Rinse away detergent thoroughly and dry well
